Artist Collection

Latte Stone Cookies launched its inaugural Artist Collection in 2019 with artwork from Guam-based artist, Lee San Nicolas.

Lee’s oil painting depicts Guam’s vibrant ocean scenery alongside the island’s picturesque coastline and iconic, colorful skies. For the Artist Collection, San Nicolas’ artwork is split in two and is highlighted on two signature latte-shaped boxes from Latte Stone Cookies. Only 500 of each box has been produced and each offers a special assortment of gourmet shortbread cookies, reminiscent of island flavors like mango, pineapple, and coconut, hand-dipped in decadent chocolate.

San Nicolas is widely known for his breathtaking murals and his recent collaborations with the Guam Visitors Bureau. He is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Guam. More of Lee’s artwork can be found on Instagram @thefueking
